Terms of Usage

This webapplication is supported by our customers . The terms of usage is limited to the number of purchased or provided ads (credits) per user provided by us, unless approved in writing by us. Credits purchased expire within 12 months of purchase date and are non-refundable. Prices for the Site services may vary from time to time where you will be given reasonable notification where appropriate.

Inappropriate Use

Any inappropriate use of the website, including defamatory, immoral, discriminatory or unethical behaviour will result immediate termination of the data, user's registration. All instances of inappropriate use will be reported to the Myanmar and International authorities for immediate prosecution and compensation.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site after providing reasonable notification, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Real Estate Album Myanmar application reserves the right to modify any part of this Agreement from time to time. In the event of a breach of the agreement, it shall be dealt with through this Agreement, and the rest of the provisions shall be valid and lawful. Withdrawal of this Agreement will not repeal any provisions that remain in force even after the termination of this Agreement. The law that will bring this agreement into force is the existing law enacted in Myanmar. Terms such as "Real Estate Album Myanmar", "We", "Our" and "I" in this Agreement refer to the terms "Website" of Real Estate Album Myanmar referring to the information contained on Real Estate Album Myanmar.
