Learning Center Myanmar Web / App is a platform designed to make it easy for teachers and trainees to meet online. No illegal training will be allowed on the Learning Center Myanmar.

Learning Center Myanmar users are defined as follows: (A) User refers to the teachers and trainees / students on the LCM Platform. (B) Teachers refer to teachers who are teaching online at LCM. (C) Students refer to trainees who are taking online courses in study. If you use this website / app, you need to read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to the following Terms and Conditions, the person in charge of this website / app will terminate your use of it.

2. Terms of use (A) When applying for LCM Web / App Services, the user is required to submit specific application information. In addition, if there is a change in information, the LCM will notify the user immediately and users will need to update immediately. 4. (E) Lessons and Lactures in the courses on the LCM are Lacture and personal lessons of the relevant trainers and are not relevant to the MOC at all.

6. Commitment of students attending LCM Students who enroll in online courses on the LCM are expected to adhere to the following: (A) Assignments related to the lesson; Do your own projects (B) A student must not share his username and password with others using only one user account. (C) Exam results; To increase your score by cheating on assignments. Do not underestimate others. (D) Lesson video; Other lesson-related files and answers are not shared on social media.

7. Terms and Conditions for Students Students will be considered for admission to any of the online courses upon enrollment on the LCM Platform. (A) The student shall comply with the terms and conditions of use of the LCM; Commitment; We accept the terms and conditions. (B) Expulsion from training if breach of commitment; Burn the LCM Website in the future. Instructors and other course providers will also take action under existing laws. (C) Teachers are expected to abide by the rules and not harass other students. (D) Information and raw materials of the training; Never copy the methods and redistribute them in your own or someone else's class. (E) Your account may be terminated by the LCM at any time for breach of any of the rules.

8. Student payments Participants are required to pay the course fees in accordance with the terms of the course they will be attending, and the teacher / responsible person will enter the classroom only after confirming the payment.

9. Teacher acquisition system (A) Trainers must contact the person in charge of the LCM to pay the rates for the room to be used as a classroom. You can discuss the terms of payment with the person in charge of LCM. (B) Classrooms that are inconsistent with the terms of the contract between the individual teacher and the LCM official will be temporarily closed for use by the LCM teachers and will only be reopened after discussions with the LCM official. (C) The LCM will be responsible for ensuring that those who wish to attend the course are easily contacted during the course of study and do not interfere with the teaching due to the weakness of the Web Site and that non-participants are not allowed in the classroom. (D)The rent for the LCM 's classroom use will be provided as a regular, basic enough package for the course, and additional services will be charged at the rates set for excess services. We understand that those who want to get the Special Package need to have separate discussions with the LCM officials.

10. Changes in classroom rates(A) The LCM shall set the classroom rates; Prices for services; Free services can be customized depending on the situation and time. Therefore, classroom rental rates may vary depending on the length of time each teacher rents. (B) In the event of a change in class rent, timely notice to teachers will be communicated through appropriate means. (c) The LCM will not reimburse teachers for any of the classroom rental fees paid by class teachers. If there is a problem or any problem, you can discuss with the person in charge of LCM.
